Environmental Justice is a serious issue we have within the country.
Typically working class and lower middle class people are those affected the most. However, awareness of global dangers and the larger political‐economic issues related to toxic waste contamination often emerges in the mobilization process, which leads to making a movement. Hazardous Waste damages people’s health and some people cannot afford clinical expenses.

What can we do to help?

Environmental justice is an important part of the struggle to improve and maintain a clean and healthful environment, especially for those who have traditionally lived, worked and played closest to the sources of pollution.

  • Start by protesting
  • Have your voice be heard
  • STOP polluting the Environment
Acknowledge the problem! There are many communities who are dealing with a lot of toxic waste within their environment. The ones who are most affected are those who are seen as minority.
